This can definitely take more age and I wouldn't want it much younger (as is the case in general with Saint Juliens), but well aerated it was a good fit for seared venison. Saint Julien is one of those varietals that I have a very specific pairing, venison.

Yard House @ Boston Marriott Copley Place - I had a $20 credit from the destination fee that I figured would be better to just use for dinner than for dessert like I planned - the grilled chicken and avocado sandwich was actually really good, but the fries were oddly awful

Mortadella pizza at Di Napoli in Novi Belgrade - much larger than I expected - I didn’t eat all of it - only 960 dinar, but they only took cash, so I had to walk to my hotel and back to pay (good exercise)
