catholic schools do a crab feed as a fundraiser and possibly a community-building event. I did meet some parents that I hadn’t before known. I did share contact numbers for parents of our sons’ friend group with parent & child name combos. Ultra fun & yum.
water breadsticks / charcuterie toothpicks seezer salad penne pesto pasta crab - a lot :-) I eschewed the lemon and melted butter From the dessert platter - brownie lemon bar i eschewed alcohol due to driving and the previous days. I definitely had a bunch of water when I returned home by 10:15p

This honestly might have been one of the best pizzas I have had in a long while. Half 4 cheese (honey sprinkled on after) and half parma with burrata.

Dinner this past weekend in Lisboa.
Friday dinner at the Hyatt Regency Lisboa -- we were all tired and decided on the hotel restaurant. I suggested Uber Eats which everybody was happy with. We shared sushi and pizza - an interesting combo, but it was all delicious. I’ve been having Pizza 4Ps each night I’m in Saigon and will likely continue until I leave - with multiple branches and some open during Tet (albeit with a 15% Tet surcharge), there’s no reason not to since it’s so delicious!
