I'm confused. That looks like some kettle chips and maybe some sweet potato fries and an unidentified piece of bread/bun (but no fillings) with something that looks like tartar sauce that has been sitting out for a while. Then some sort of cake dumped in a whiskey glass with some chocolate shavings. Is that even close to what that looks like? (to me)

New Year’s Day supper:
I helped someone with a fridge problem and bought & delivered a new mini fridge as they await their next fridge. I was so wanting to grab some yummy Asian carryout and instead ended up eating some less great leftovers…

10mg

Gayle’s deviled egg that my wife bought (6-pack) and then somehow has chosen to barely eat
leftover potato salad / rice / hummus from La Med, sf from 12/28/24
Chicken drumette from my son’s party of 12/21/24

plus 2 bowls of cereal - I was so stoned

Easy dinner — spinach salad with stir fried chicken, peppers and onions. Not super filling, but somewhat healthy….!

Tried something new today. Smoked a 4lb chuck roast on the Traeger. 7 hrs @ 225, till it reached 167 then wrapped in foil for 90 minutes till it hit 196. Rested 45 min. Poor man's brisket? Turned out great. Sliced onto toasted hamburger buns w/Devil's Spit BBQ sauce. Side of coleslaw. It's a keeper.

Pizza Slice Shibuya - the texture was good, but I found the sauce to be too heavy and too sweet

final deviled egg from Tuesday
chorizo (Whole Foods gusto) with toasted Trader Joe’s baguette and Irish butter
Leftover fries from my son’s supper

2 total bowls of Trader Joe’s cluster cereal

I absolutely cannot taste any shop butter that is better compared to the Costco basic butter.
