Tuesday night: grilled herbed salmon, zucchini and Caribbean rice.
Wednesday: grilled steelhead trout (mayo and dill) leftover zucchini, mini potatoes, chickpea salad.
On a related note, Mrs BV has an appointment for bloodwork Friday. I asked her what she wanted to eat afterwards and she said breakfast. So we will be headed somewhere for waffles or pancakes and a couple over easy eggs.

Ordered from Facci again - the Brooklyn with vodka sauce and pesto was honestly disappointing and didnt have the flavor I wanted - the La Facci was much better

Slow cooked grilled ribs finished just in time for tonight’s Stanley Cup Action. Homemade spice rub marinade as well as homemade Bourbon BBQ sauce served with coleslaw, beans, grilled corn on the cob paired with a 2022 Dry Creek Zinfandel
