I may try to track down some of that.

A friend happened to be out in San Francisco this week and is bringing back a Czech-style pilsner from out there for me.

I'm curious to know more when it arrives.

The only (sort of) local Czech Pilsner I've had is the Joseph Brau from Trader Joe's, brewed by Gordon Biersch in San Jose. It's okay at best. I trust that's not what you're waiting for.

It is not. If you are interested in a discussion of Czech Pilsners, I can give you a list of the ones I've tried and enjoyed.

Turmeric chicken with asparagus and sushi rice.

Mr. CE and I argue about rice. He only likes basmati, I prefer sushi rice. I pointed out to him recently that I almost always compromise to accommodate him but he rarely does the same. He listened, and today we had sushi rice

Omaha Steak burgers - I found mine to be rather salty. It’s possible I did this. Is the meat already seasoned?
Green salad

I don't think they are pre-seasoned.
