LOL...Not much I love more than cheese, especially Parmigiano Reggiano. I'm sure my grandparents probably told me to eat seafood without cheese; but, well, I tried it that way, and ultimately I like it better with cheese when it's mixed with pasta. Now, I may refrain from doing so during any formal or semi-formal Italian dinners, but, at home, I let the cheese fly as if there's no tomorrow.
Count me in as a major cheese lover. I wouldn't put cheese on a piece of grilled salmon but most things are better with cheese IMO. And I just restocked my big block of Parmigiano Reggiano from Costco today. And 2 logs of goat cheese.

Salmon/grilled zucchini & bean soup

Dining Out.

The salmon (piece on left) was a bit dry. A little bit of garlic butter made it better. The rest was good. Zucchini was crunchy and tasty.

The bean soup was really delish!

Mod Pizza for dinner--salami, pepperoni, garlic, onions, mushrooms, white sauce, and hot honey. Not bad, but it needed some crushed red pepper.

I love Mod and Blaze - I think I like Blaze a bit better. There is another one out here called Fired Pie. I have not tried it yet.

Blaze and Mod are pizza chains that offer guests "individual" pizzas that are "oven fired." I'm not sure about Blaze, but Mod doesn't charge per topping.

Our local shop was overfilled and spilling out into the parking lot last night. I ordered online and had a 90 minute later pickup time and I still had to wait 10 more minutes. Theyre supposed to be moving and it cant come too soon. Assuming they can staff the bigger shop.
