I dont think Ill use a plastic bag - Ill just put the ingredients in the slower cooker. We got ours in 2006 as a wedding present.
Mine had hot Italian sausage, chicken breast, bacon, 3 types of beans, canned tomatoes, canned tomato sauce, onion, bell pepper, garlic, jalapeo peppers, various seasonings like chili powder, dry mustard, oregano.

Some under the weather so we dined in hotel , what a scrumptious generous dinner considering the state we were in .. Post DO KUL was exhausting for some with planned and unscheduled activities along with the various meals not all together either !


Lobster something

Fritters - prawn , soft shell crab and whitebait with parmesan


Seafood hor fun

Nasi goreng

Chicken rice

Mutton dum bryani

Dessert was delivered to the room along with some bryani , ..

I don't think I've said it before, but seafood hor fun over there (and beef hor fun for that matter) is so different from the cantonese version. Much more "saucy". Usually much more wok hei. About the only thing I would do to make it "better" is for any greens to be chopped into smaller pieces (half size if based on this picture). Easier to eat and spread throughout the dish.
