Whenever I see the antiquated terms of luncheon or supper, I don't even have to look to see who is posting. 😏
For lunch today, I stopped at Flashback Diner in Hallandale to have some Matzoh Ball Soup. They have one of the largest Matzoh Ball servings that I ever seen, pretty much filling up a soup bowl about 10 inches in diameter. It is filling enough that I don't need to order anything else.
BTW, Happy Passover to those who celebrate it.

we made charoset tonight after our fish taco supper and will try and get the brisket in the oven by 2p. Fingers crossed. We ended up buying matzoh ball soup from pizzeria Delfina because they have an interior walnut. Last Pessach I made the soup and I just figured to repeat this year. Ooh I have to also fetch the gefilte fish on Saturday, around noon. I cant forget :-)

We picked up some tubes Crescent roll dough at Costco recently. My daughter and I experimented yesterday, with fillings for the rolls. She likes chocolate sprinkles. I tried hot dogs yesterday. All came out pretty good.
Today, I tried using a whole Evergood spicy sausage, with two pieces of Crescent dough. 16 minutes in the oven, it turned out perfect! Delicious, too.

Ooh. I still have 2 tubes from December in the fridge. Assuming theyre still good, Im tempted.
is your Evergood hot link made with beef or pork? The ones here in Sf are beef. Costco Sf has Silva for pork but I forget if its also a hot link or just linguisa.

Another breakfast variation today with 3 eggs, julienned mini-sweet-peppers, tomatoes, jalapenos, feta cheese, and green onions for garnish - delicious!

I had most burgers and sausages grabbed prior to the pic, but five of the six burgers had bacon and three cheeses in top. The Italian Sausages were in a bath of chicken broth and pinot noir. Tots were obviously air fried.

Next Saturday is likely pork shoulder.

Bacon and cheese egg bites, blackberries, and a no-sugar dark chocolate peanut butter cup that went especially well with coffee.

I made French Toast this morning and there were slices left over which my brother ate when picking up his unruly kids, but this one slice was left over. In addition to vanilla extract, I put a teaspoon (or more) of Sailor Jerry's rum in the egg mixture.
