i made pico de Gallo today and ended up not eating any of it!

red retro 6-drawer freezer was for both meats (1/6) & ice cream (3/6) bought on sale but we’ve also inserted some baking supplies (2/6). I recently cooked a Moroccan chicken and I’ve recently posted about our kipper sides of steak with pasta. Due to bad air, no sausage outdoor grilling so I’m not interested in the sausages in the freezer. I love the freezer so much - only $900 or so and it’s super pretty and I see it daily as I’ll open it or walk past it for other “pantry” supplies in our garage.

Guacamole is forever fun.

3 drawers full of ice cream?
Between that and all the breads and grilled cheeses i think i just gained 10 lbs. I could never have all that in my house...will just have to enjoy vicariously through you.

I'm getting as bad as gao... I have 6 "pints" of Biscoff ice cream and 3 pints of Fairlife ice cream in the freezer. The Biscoff was $1.88/"pint" and the Fairlife ice cream was free.

To be fair, I will probably give some of them to a friend once she's back from vacation on Saturday.

How is Fairlife Ice Cream? I threw out the milk after I tasted it.

lol my family enjoys Fairlife milks. We’ve not found the ice cream at a good price so sticking with our existing inventory. I had melon for dessert last night and look forward to some nice ice cream tonight.

I have Fairlife milk that I use for cereal. It's not horrible. I've not tried the ice cream yet.

Fish tacos - local wild snapper sautéed with white wine & previously-sauteed onion / red bell, over corn tortillas
sides of raw onion, cilantro, jalapeño, and lime (again I forgot sliced avocado)
tortilla chips with pico de Gallo & guacamole

grilled cheese on San Luis sourdough

watermelon

I think that you have enough yummy flavors going on already ...no need for avocado . Love onion , cilantro ,lime, jalapeño combo...and also pico.

He’s got guacamole, so really has avocado covered. Let’s not even discuss the three types of different sourdough bread he has.
