Our wedding anniversary so I treated Mrs Bint to champagne and oysters.

Nice homemade lunch courtesy of my Mom today: curry chicken, white rice and vegetable lo mein. Plus a cookie from Mad Hatter Bake Shop.

Chicken,bacon,scallops,prawns,onions,potatoes,fine ly diced kale,25 cloves of garlic and a humongous amount of spicy Thai paste.
Simmer for 30 mins.
Serve,eat and wait.
It shouldn't take long. ^
