New York Dessert Cafe NYDC cafe in Singapore

Had lunch at this restaurant, Wheellock place, Singapore. It is called New York Dessert Cafe or NYDC for short.

From the outside.

The menu had very interesting items. This was called the Piggly Wiggly Burger, pulled pork.

This was called the Prawn meltdown. There was a choice of baked rice or macaroni, I chose the latter.

And this was one of their famous ice-cream desserts. Very delicious.

I made a short video of the experience too. Here it is.

Thanks for watching.

Today's round of homework took longer than expected so I worked through breakfast. All I've had is a cup of coffee and a slice of my Mom's birthday cake. I don't recommend such a diet.

I sauted some onion, garlic, peppers, courgette and baby tomatoes in some good olive oil then added some flaked pan-fried Atlantic salmon and King Prawns along with a few peas and sweetcorn. I served with brown rice, garlic bread and a glass of Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc. And very nice it was too!!
