I jumped the NYE gun, and opened a bottle of 2004 Charles Heidsieck Blanc de Millenaires. A very worthy successor to the 1995!

I had a Franck Bonville Blanc de Blancs that was surprisingly good a few weeks ago. About $40/bottle.
