Today and tomorrow I will be pairing 2015 Louis Roederer Blanc de Blancs with my stone crab, but not the same (although they were the same price tag). On the right is 2015 Blanc de Blancs I have had several times and excellent with crab and lobster. On the right is the Starck Nature version, and I have not tried any of that type of Roederer so this will be interesting. I am going with the traditional Blanc de Blancs on the right tonight because I am also preparing homemade clam chowder (don’t look forward to shucking Cherrystones part of it) and Starck Nature tomorrow
