26 cities. The Denver-area has two. Rumors that a third will be opening up near where I live.

Their Red Skin Potato Pie is so wrong, yet so awesome.

Not sure how Dominos is ever going to come close to matching the quality of <insert your favorite local non-chain pizza joint>. I find it acceptable in the realm of the major chains. Pappa John's? Please. Nothing special about them according to my tastebuds.

That is not what this thread is about. We know there are many better pizza places and the favored are regional places, we all understand that.

This thread was started about a product that has received lots of national advertising and offering my personal review of that product.

It was actually good, for my tastes. ^

There are plenty of pizza threads in the DiningBuzz forum. But, yes, I wouldn't consider Domino's Pizza "dining."

I always said Pizza Hut was like eating deep-fried pizza. It's gross.

Hatin' on chains - It's a FT thang.

I can't wait for the Red Lobster thread to be revived when it's LobsterFest again.

Hold your horses!! I don't like Lobster and I don't like to eat seafoods at all. Besides, I never ate seafoods all of my life.

Have been a Mellow Mushroom fan since college... used to frequent the original store on Spring Street in Atlanta, just down from our Georgia tech dorm. Didn't realize they had expanded beyond the Atlanta area.

+1

I love Pizza Hut's stuffed crust pizza, and this is probably why.

That's ok, I'll have yours!

Back to the topic at hand, tried Dom's deep crust, too oily/greasy for me.

Too much bread in pan pizza, and I also agree with those stating that pizza hut's is gross greasy...

But I'd try the Dominoe's version, if given the choice. I also wouldn't mind trying one of their artisanal thin crust pizzas. I guess a call to Dominoe's is in order, one of these days.
