Mind Haze IPA by Firestone Walker. Not bad but not as sour as I'd like. I much prefer Fort Point's Villager.

Avery Vanilla Bean Stout (aged in bourbon barrels) - tasty, although expensive at $8 per 16oz can

Fat Tire - needed a 12-pack of something in cans for the resort's hot tub
pseudoswede is online now

We will hit the road again in June, probably visit family in MA. There will be beer.

I just tried my first Destihl, Touch of Haze this weekend. Quite tasty!

For a brewery out of Normal, IL they’re pretty widely distributed in the Panhandle. Craft Bar, Brass Tap and Fishale regularly feature them and Lucky’s usually has 5 or more varieties for sale. Their sours are outstanding and they have an extensive line of them.

I took a Brews Cruise in AVL a few years back with work friends. My advice is pace yourself and don’t feel like you have to try everything. I did not follow that advice and paid a heavy price for it.

Thanks for the advice. mrs pbiflyer and I were just talking about that.
Certainly Ubering to and from it. Unlike a lot of events, this isn't unlimited beer. so that should help.
But yeah, even if just one pint at each, it is 7 pints in a short period of time. And if you try more than one.......

See if you can do flights or buy samples at each instead of pints.
