In The Netherlands you can buy the McMood currently as temporary burger.
It contains a cheese-bun, cheddar cheese, tomato, gherkin, lettuce, fried egg and McDonald’s Fritessauce.

Did the local breakfast but just the portugese sausage version in LIH last month. Not bad- enjoyed the sausage as always ^ but eggs and rice was meh. Was hoping for a loco moco- but apparently they don't have them. The Teri Burger was unimpressive and a rip off at just shy of $5. Not like I remember- granted that might have been BK in the islands that had it before.

Lamb burgers in New Zealand:

http://mcdonalds.co.nz/our-food/menu...us-lamb-burger
Take one seriously succulent patty made from genuine New Zealand lamb, mixed with rosemary and oregano. Add a freshly cracked egg, juicy beetroot, gourmet salad, red onion rings and topped with delicious ketchup and creamy aioli, all served on a soft wheatgerm bun.

And a limited-time Moroccan-style lamb burger:

Introducing the new and exotic Moroccan Lamb Burger with crunchy cucumber, a patty made with 100% New Zealand Lamb and a tongue-tingling Moroccan sauce made with aromatic spices.

Those sound proper tasty. When I was in NZ earlier this year, they didn't have any promo burgers

Offtopic I know, but if you're ever in New York City, La Bonne Soupe on 55th Street makes the best lamb cheeseburger I've ever had:

The local ones here in North Carolina are offering Sweet Potato Pies again. Sounds gross to me.
