That looks amazing! Are the train cars used as a dining area and can they be entered into from the main part of the restaurant???

Yes amazing restaurant.. Is this the original first McDonalds' ever built..

If not, I'm surprised that corporate has allowed for these spectacular, and some odd features on the buildings..

Yep--at least some of them, but maybe not all of them as I recall. Here is a page with some interior shots: http://niffgurd.com/mark/utter/mcdonalds/barstow.html

No, the original was in San Bernardino (a couple hours south along I-15). Ray Kroc's original franchise is in Des Plaines, IL.

Thanks for the additional pics! Maybe a new thread should be started for unique and interesting McD's locations!

There are a couple of McD's that I've been wanting to visit in Manhattan. (I live in Bklyn but do not eat McDs when I go to the city)
One is around Broadway and has stage lights and the other is I believe in the Financial District and has a live piano player...

The McDonalds is so unconventional.. its hard to believe that corporate would allow that type of build out..

Bro, I am sorry that I don't agree with you that Mcflurry are cheap in Singapore.

Compared to Singapore's neighbours, Malaysia, Indonesia. It is way too overpriced.

Well, the standard flavours are 2.00 SGD each, which are still slightly cheaper and larger than the ones you'd get here in Korea. But sadly yes, still more expensive than many other countries.

Thanks for reading!

We did for awhile. Not sure if we still have them. (I visit McDonald's extremely rarely.) Tasted like a Creamsicle/50-50 bar.

Just arrived in Stockholm yesterday, and there's a sandwich I HAVE to try... the Christmas Bacon. Looks like this will be lunch tomorrow!

....sadly, it looks like just a bacon cheese burger, but still.

I've had shrimps in McDonalds a few times but never a shrimp burger! It definitely sounds interesting.
