i did....called delta yesterday to book a couple of tickets & informed them about the outage....

does anyone have an email address i could send a complaint to????it's been over 4 days now & i still can't get into the site....i've called & complained but that doesn't seem to have made a difference....

I have occasionally seen that error when traveling and using public or open WiFi networks, but when I am on my company or personal VPN, everything seems fine.

i've tried a bunch of different networks including the ones i've always used to access the site....none of them work....i don't have access to a vpn at my work computer but i do use one on my personal laptop....will try that when i get back home tonight....

in the meanwhile, i sent an email to their india office letting them know that i have been unable to access the site & have therefore had to make my bookings over the phone which is extremely inconvenient....below is the canned reply i got:

Dear Mr. Keyser,

Thank you for your email.

Request you to kindly call on 1800 1236645 for any new booking..

Assuring you our assistance at all the times.

You could try [email protected] -- that's the address they use to send replies when the contact form on the web site is filled out.

Otherwise maybe a tweet to @Delta or a direct message as suggested earlier?

Not really a bug but why now do I have to decline an upgrade before being allowed to the return segment screen?😒☺

No FC or E+ ??

This is crazy! Trying to book 2 FC tickets to SHV from PBI in April and it says there is no availability for economy plus or FC but when I look at the seat map they are both wide open! Is the entire system down or just certain routes? Guess I'll call in...

i sent an email to that address a couple of days ago....no reply so far....i don't use twitter & how do i direct message in this situation????

works perfectly using a vpn....without it i keep getting the same error....

Watch your recent partner airline mileage postings

Had a recent leg take 5 days to finally post with a status N indicating it was not eligible for accrual.

Of course it was eligible- complete w Delta codeshare flight number and booked on 006 stock.

Called Diamond line who checked w the sky miles team who said there was a glitch a couple of days ago that resulted in many legs not posting correctly. It is eligible but now they need to resubmit the entire itinerary and supposedly all will be fixed in 24 hrs.

Pays to watch your skymiles.

Edited to add:
It is now entirely fixed. Had to logout and log back in to see the totals update however. That was fast.

Anomalies for delayed flights

Interesting things happen when the last flight of a trip is delayed beyond midnight (at least I think that is the trigger):

1) The trip disappears from my profile on the web and on the iPad app;

2) On the iPhone app the trip info is still there, but... the upgrade list info shown appears to be for a different flight. My guess is this is upgrade info for the next flight with the same number. Thankfully the gate screen still shows the correct one. ;-)

over a week now that the site hasn't been working in inida....i called the india ticketing office & they confirmed that the problem has been highlighted & they are working on it but there is no timeline for when it will get fixed....

its amazing how in this day & age a problem like this could take so long....

iCal itinerary not posting to iCal

When I download the .ics file from "My Trips" after clicking on a booked itinerary and try to post the itinerary to my iCal calendar the .ics file looks ok (I checked the dates) but importing it to my calendar does nothing. Anyone else see this? It's new I think this month.
