i've tried a bunch of different networks including the ones i've always used to access the site....none of them work....i don't have access to a vpn at my work computer but i do use one on my personal laptop....will try that when i get back home tonight....

in the meanwhile, i sent an email to their india office letting them know that i have been unable to access the site & have therefore had to make my bookings over the phone which is extremely inconvenient....below is the canned reply i got:

Dear Mr. Keyser,

Thank you for your email.

Request you to kindly call on 1800 1236645 for any new booking..

Assuring you our assistance at all the times.
