Thank you.

Que passe?
I got the same message for the past two weeks. I checked almost every day. I contacted DL through the web site. They replied:
Dear Evan!,

Thank you for contacting us.

We apologize for the problems you have been experiencing with claiming
your Million Miler gift via delta.com. Please know that I have reported
the issue to the Delta Technology Department for review and I have also
forwarded the information to our Elite desk. I will be in contact with
you if the Elite Desk needs any additional information.

We appreciate your interest in Delta Air Lines.

Sincerely,

Jane Doe
Medallion Desk
I got this email on Tuesday 10/6. Today (10/8) I was able to claim my gift.

I experienced the same when I tried the link. Perhaps, Delta hasn't gotten around to processing all the newly minted MMs yet...

I think you hit the nail. I happened to become a DL MM just prior to the combination of accounts. I'm sure Delta is receiving A LOT of correspondence from members who are confusing NW Lifetime Miles with DL Million Miler Miles. I never had any doubt that I would actually get the gift. My only concern would be that some gifts might be "sold out" due to the many newly minted MMs.

(I'm guessing about 4-5 years ago) And not to rain on your parade, but if my experience is typical, this will be the high water mark of your 1MM status. I can honestly say that with 2.5 Million Miler miles, not a single Delta employee has EVER acknowledged my MM status in person. To be fair, they do regularly thank me for being a good customer and occasionnaly refer to my Platinum status. I think the best part of reaching the milestones is simply the personal satisfaction, although when I ponder that it gets a little wierd that I would have satisfaction for spending way too much of my life in a crowded metal tube! Keep up your great attitude - it's refreshing!
Flying a route regularly between JFK and Eastern Europe, I got to know a DL airport manager fairly well before he retired. He used to tell me when he processed OPUPs behind the scenes or dealt with passengers who experienced a problem with luggage or missed connections-- when he saw Million Miler status in their reservations-- he said he and his staff felt it important to go above and beyond with their level of service. While my friend is now retired, I hope some of that old world service lives on!

I just tried it and could log in but it only offered me one page of Tiffany stuff to select!
I thought Hartmann luggage was also available. Anyone know for sure?

Wow. Today I got a selection of Tiffany AND Hartman Luggage. Maybe shipping Tiffany stuff is cheaper so they are holding back the luggage.

Some platinums, as I understand it, from NW are being offered a "Platinum Gift" and the choices are Tiffany stuff.

That url is: www.delta.com/marketing/platinumgift

While the MM gift is claimed at URL: www.delta.com/millionmilergift

Are you sure you are looking at the correct URL? Honestly, less than I week ago I claimed a Hartmann suitcase.

I do believe you !
And I am aware of this parallel Platinum Gift,
which I do not seem to qualify for.

your link above constantly redirects me to :
https://www.delta-offers.com/offers/go/millionmiler2007
with no Hartmann, and sounds wrong with the 2007 in it....

I asked the same thing of Delta when I contacted them via email. They didn't answer me on that point.
