Why was I not invited to your party?!?The antelope learned that after being shot and killed?
That is a little late to learn — but then again, I am amazed that that antelope was able to do all of that after being shot and killed.
What is his or her secret to being killed but not dead?!?

The other antelope learned all of that.

Well I made it back alive from Vegas. What a great convention that was.
I barely made it back though -- I literally got the last seat on the plane (a 75X), which happened to be 45E. 45F was occupied by a pretty, young mother with her 13-month-old son seated on her lap. They say any seat is a good seat... well at least I made it on I also learned that HNL is still an inflight crew base!

Rescuing this thread from page 3
Although I don't have too much to say. Something something ham sandwich something I guess.
Oh, and does anyone know about E fares? In looking at flight options for spring break, I ran across a few of those in the search-by-schedule view. Couldn't book them, of course But curious as to what they are.

Was really tough boarding DL230 BOS-AMS just a bit before this :
But, the Boston based crew gave us updates on the game inflight.
I'm predicting a game #6 in Boston. I have tickets for a potential Game #6 and Game #7; alas, I don't have the energy to return to Boston next week for a day (or two). Oh well, them the breaks! (I have some very happy friends, though, who will gladly take my place at the game(s) )

Enjoy!
Really have to get to Hawaii someday.
BusinessElite decent on that route?
Was exploring non-stop Caribbean destinations (from Amsterdam) this morning. Interesting flight alternatives AMS-AUA, BON, SXM and CUR. Should be "easy" SWU upgrade opportunities (using Delta SWUs on KLM). 10 hours +/- from Amsterdam to the Caribbean nonstop. Works decently, trying to coordinate a family vacation next year (my daughter and son ex-BTV and ex-BOS respectively).

I spent a lot of time hiking while in Wyoming, plus running through the DEN airport, and somehow, caused my right ankle to be in quite a bit of pain!

I don't join gyms--I just book mileage runs and then time my arrivals at the airports to require me to expend the equivalent amount of energy of a 1-hour workout sprinting to my gates in order to just barely make my flights under the wire...
Of course, I end up sampling the local cuisine on said mileage runs, which negates any benefits of the physical exercise I perform while on these mileage runs. This last trip consisted of:
-1 burger and chili from B Spot Burgers (CLE)
-1 giant roast beef sandwich from Kelly's (BOS)
-1 charred eggplant dip, 1 grilled hangar steak, 1 creamy polenta with marscapone, and 1 flourless chocolate cake from Lolita (CLE)
-1/2 of a 12" deep-dish from Lou Malnati's (ORD)
-1 dipped Italian beef with sweet peppers from Luke's (ORD)
-1 full plate of random free food and soup from the Lufthansa Senator lounge (IAD)
-1 4-hour marinated lamb Tandir Kebab from Leziz (PHL)
Not bad for a ticket that cost $89ai.

By extension a round trip through CDG make you a marathon runner.
