with that said, the wallet/voucher thing is a server error, not client (unless it's a client request)
it keeps re-occurring.

Happened to me today when I got upgraded day of departure. Got a notification of a seat change but the app wouldnt load with the new seat (and showed the tap to check in screen, which wouldnt actually respond when I tried to check in). Had to go through dl.com to get a boarding pass with the correct updated seat assignment

The least-inconvenient workaround for this is to use your mobile wallet. Whether iOS (Apple Wallet) or Android (Samsung Wallet, Google Wallet, etc.), the boarding pass will properly update for schedule changes, gate changes, seat changes, boarding zone changes, etc. My Samsung Wallet-stored boarding pass even properly updates the boarding group color and number (looking at you, DL IT) when getting upgraded to a different service class.

OMG, the app is driving me batty this morning. Ive logged into my familys various accounts over the past month. Today Im flying from STL. Mrs Dog +1 are flying from ATL. And Pup2 is flying from DAB. Im only signed into my account yet Im getting every single boarding notification for every single ticket.
Additionally , Pup2s boarding pass is on my phone and is the default to show on my screen despite the fact my flight is earlier AND I never downloaded it.
There should really be a way to clear the cache beyond deleting a reloading the app like logging out. 🙄

My use case was that the Cigna app went haywire and I could not uninstall nor reinstall it - it was in a zombie state which nearly required a total wipe of my phone.
iMazing allowed me to basically clear the app details (on my phone) and/or reinstall the app FROM my computer.
SIDE NOTE - some companies will block this if you have MDM/device management on your phone.
I've used it to back up my devices and selectively reinstall apps. Some times they barf, which is kind of good for your situation - like Teams thinks I have four accounts that I have zero access to - and I was able to clear that.
It's $40 for 3 devices or $50 for 5 devices - and I believe those are iOS devices, not where the application runs.

In one sense it was actually inadvertently helpful because I awoke to my husbands bags arriving at a carousel in his connecting city. Turns out the agent mistagged the bags and that gave us a heads up to start a baggage claim.
Still, these glitches shouldnt happen.

Version 6.8.2 is out.
First odd thing Im seeing is that when I checked in for a trip this morning the add bags button was already displaying track bags. When tapped, it displays my baggage from my outbound a week ago, but showing the new route of flight as the trip I have tomorrow. Will look to see if that fixes itself tomorrow once bags are tagged. I was able to eventually add bags via the passenger details section after lots of taps - shows 2 pending bags now but the tracker still shows the old info.
