Also, if you receive great service, please send in a compliment note as well. We need to highlight the good crews vs the lazy crews.
Excellent service yesterday in C+ where the FA gave everyone who asked 2 bottles of booze and a full can of mixer without needing to be asked. I had my 2 jack & cokes and no unpleasant yelling!

Wow. I never noticed the button has a person holding a drink. Next time I ask for another drink, and I get grief from the FA, I will point this out. I'm going to refer to it as the drink button from now on.

A simple "Sure, would you mind if we finished the main cabin service first?" with a smile would have been fine. Why would the FA think the OP would keep pressing the call button? I would have been upset too.

Last week I flew ATL to BOS with a 7:30PM take off. After takeoff the crew came around with drinks and I ordered my usual, Jack and coke. I was sitting in the first row of Comfort+ so I was served first. About 30 minutes later I rang the call bell to get another drink. An FA showed up about 5 minutes later and said "No. We are still service the back of the plane. I'll bring you one after we finish in back." then added loudly, "AND DON'T TOUCH THAT BUTTON AGAIN" I never saw her again and never got my second drink. Was I in the wrong? has anything like this ever happened to you guys? I fly weekly on Delta and have never been treated with anything other than respect until now.

You do not, in fact, pay for better service with Comfort+. It's still coach with regular coach service. More legroom and free drinks and a slightly less meager snack but it's still coach. It is not a cabin with a dedicated staff. DL's comparison of the different fares specifically mentions "attentive service" as a benefit of F, but not C+. Therefore you don't get to interrupt the ongoing service further back to get a drink refill. When they come around again you can ask then, or you can get up and walk to the galley and ask. If you need more attentive service, pay for first class.
FA could certainly have delivered this message more diplomatically. I attribute that at least in part to a lack of training.

My F/J flights this year I usually have to decline drinks after the 3rd or 4th. Specially after the meal service they really want to empty those wine bottles it seems. Generally very good service.
Culturally, it's going to be an issue on TPAC if they chastise people for using the call button. It's the norm for meal/drink interactions in many of the destination countries and the norm for many of the TPAC based carriers.

And is it just me, or are the glasses smaller on the planes now? I feel like they're going down extremely quickly since glassware came back.

How would you know you are "interrupting" ongoing service? Is that a perk of Comfort+? Or only first-class?
So in first-class you can interrupt the FA serving someone else, but in comfort+ you cannot, and in economy you don't even get to say a word?

Usually, when I want a second drink in C+, I have been able to flag down an FA that is walking by, and a second (or third) has been provided. Using the button could be seen as aggressive but the response was unacceptable. File a complaint.
Perhaps the biggest consistent miss of Delta service, IMO, is inconsistent delivery of C+ service. It is marketed as a separate class at purchase, upgraded into, and should be treated as such.

Normally, you can look around. You'll notice if flight attendants are walking around, or if they're in the aisle with a giant rolling drink cart. If it's a giant plane, give them a little time.
