That's a pretty bad menu for a TATL flight in premiun economy.

It's seems likely an IT issue and there will be some sort of meals available in PS in March. Either the prior service offering with 2 meal choices, or the new one with 3. Or perhaps they are transitioning over the course of the month and decided to punt on the online meal listings for the month while they are transitioning since offerings would not be consistent.

A purser on a recent international flight told me that the dedicated DPS FA (ie on the 764, A339 and other aircraft that has a second galley) will be rolling out around 19 March so I assume all new service aspects will commence around then as well.
Not sure about the meal selections but they will be served on china, and basically be like a JFK-LAX/SFO transcon D1 meal tray.

Here are photos on Reddit of the new set up- indeed, it does look like domestic F:

- served on the standard premium cabin trays
- all items served on ceramic dinnerware
- glassware used
- pre-arrival meal is no longer the same as coach

That pre-arrival meal is the LSG Sky Chefs breakfast omelet special, as seen on airlines like United and Air Canada :D

That post sounds like it was written by Delta marketing...who would call out Alessi serveware and other terms?

The post has been taken down from Reddit. But the description sounds like the way PS used to be when they first rolled it out. Back then you even got a first class seat on a domestic connection to your PS flight.

So, I was checking my flight status for an upcoming flight and thought I'd poke around the website a bit. I noticed the pictures of meals for Delta Premium Select changed. It used to show the "economy" meal serving ware with supposedly upgraded food. Now it shows what appears to be real china and upgraded food offerings (yet the description doesn't match the picture).

Anyone seen this "upgraded" service yet?

It was announced a couple months ago that the new PS service would be rolled out in March (see various posts upthread). Here were pre-select PS choices for an ex-Japan flight a couple weeks ago from a Reddit thread. It looks like menu.delta.com is now showing meal choices for PS (a couple weeks ago, they were missing as posted in screenshot above).

I’m currently in the process of booking a trip to Europe for next month. Premium select is full or close to it.

why would they need to actually give you better service food etc? People are paying for what they’re currently delivering.

Are people paying for it? Isn't PS just a bunch of people whose companies won't pay for business by policy? I really can't imagine booking Delta PS with my own money when it cost as much as TAP and sometimes even Singapore business, both of which are better than Delta One.

here’s the thing. Delta doesn’t care whose money it is

makes absolutely no difference to Delta if it’s a company paying the bill or you or I.

I think that's not exactly right: more retail customers means more people interested in your credit cards, and they could equip more of the highly profitable premium cabin seats if they could sell more of them. You could always get the same amount of corporate clients AND more retail clients.

It actually makes a huge difference. Corporate accounts are bread and butter vs. crumbs.

if you value comfort, go virgin both ways. The seats are nicer and they didn’t shove them as close together so when the person in front of you’ reclines they’re not in your lap, you can still cross your legs.
