I don't know what "that other website" is, but I used it for years at a forum that no longer exists.

Guilt over drinking a sugary drink.

I spoke too soon about feeling better. I tried to drink coffee this morning. Between home and work, I finished maybe half a cup before my stomach started suggesting that wasn't a good idea.

Guilt over the calories, as I am not much of a soda person. But instead of having 1 glass of wine a night, I often treat myself to a bottle of Reed's Extra Brew. Yum. Gosling's Diet is pretty good if you don't want the sugar.

Eeek. Did you drink it on an empty stomach? Sometimes a coffee that I drink every other day of the week will do that if something is off. Regardless, I hope you feel better. We are hungry for your input here!

The coffee at home yes, the coffee at work, no. I had about a cup with breakfast this morning. I'm going to try more at work in a bit. LOL, hungry...

Frenchie? Not Freedie? I've been told that we're supposed to call them freedom fries.

MAEN all!

Off to walk the dog...buckle up, it's cold out there (with an inch of new snow on the ground). And is true of New England spring, it's supposed to be 60 tomorrow. "sigh*
