Trashed Airplane Garbage and trash filled the seats of an Airbus A332 aircraft after the conclusion of a Philadelphia Eagles charter flight from Seattle to Philadelphia last year. Photograph posted by FlyerTalk member tod701 on December 12, 2013.

Loved this!

FA in first scolded 1D today (in a friendly, humorous way) for putting his pillow and blanket squarely on the floor.

She said are these yours? Didn't your momma teach you to keep your things off the floor because you know people put their shoes there and it's dirty.

She really did say it nicely and got a chuckle out of it while making her point. Might have to pull out a JWD for her.

PDX-ATL on saturday morning. Sat down in 11F and noticed a bunch of stick residue all over the buckle. I pull back the seat cushion and there is a giant wad of used chewing gum between the seat and sidewall. UGH. fortunately I always carry some clorox wipes and was able to clean the buckle.

When he started crossing his legs, which put his stinky left foot pretty close to my lap, I called him on it & he at least put the offending foot back on the floor. Guy was dressed in plaid shorts, old dirty t-shirt & a very bad haircut / combover, not to mention BO.

So people that wear beat up shorts, old dirty t shirts should not fly or what ?

I cant wait for a day someone gets his or her rear end in trouble for taking pictures of them with their permission.

While it would be great if everyone could maintain a reasonable standard of hygiene and wear freshly washed clothes while pressed into the protracted intimate company of strangers by virtue of domestic coach seating ... I would settle for socks or shoes.

Without stating my position one way or the other on pax stealthy snapping other pax, without or without facials, I am reminded of this story:

As the recently arrested air-marshal can attest to, in the skies (or even parked at a gate in a boarding plane) there is no place to run to.

I am in the MSP SC (C concourse) right now. In the men's restroom, one of the urinals has about four pieces of gum that folks spit out? Really?? How rude and inconsiderate especially since someone has to clean it.

Vent over. Return to your day!

While I appreciate any reference to pearl clutching, I'm going to have to agree with yessams that spitting gum into a urinal is pretty inappropriate, even in a gas station bathroom. Surely there was a garbage can ten feet away.

I've seen many gas stations with cleaner bathrooms than the usual in a skyclub.

In honor of the President, we should change the rules here... to post, you have to get a selfie of you and the offender...

Last week I had the displeasure of seeing blue chewing gum stuck on my laptop bag after pulling it out from under the seat in front of me (in J), I mean come on, if you drop your gum on the floor have the decency to pick it up with a napkin or something. Rant over.

The aftermath of a SEA – PHL Philadelphia Eagles A332 charter flight last year.
It must have looked even more special on the way back after they lost to the Seahawks.
