The bank is looking for high net worth individuals, but that's not exactly consistent either.
The card has no foreign transactions fees and is fee-free the first year, then $400 annually.

I stopped using my card at groceries as well, but I noticed a charge at a local Los Angeles area grocery chain, Gelson's, received a retroactive 2X credit from back in April. The bonus transaction was added as a separate line item. Their website still says you earn on groceries on the Crystal Visa card, so perhaps this has now been resolved.

I just checked my current CNB rewards statement, and I did get the 2 bonus points per dollar (for a total of 3 rewards points per dollar) for a purchase just over a week ago at a store that registers as a grocery store.
I'm not sure why the other 2 posters didn't get the bonus.

Has anyone booked a ticket via the visa discount air website and within 24 hours tried to contact the operating airline to make a change? (i.e. wanting to use the credit for F) Allowed?

Apologies if this is answered elsewhere, I did a few searches but don't have time to read through all 59 pages...
Are there many datapoints/any consensus as to whether this can be applied for by folks who live in a non-CNB state? What's the best route to pursue if so? Wait until a trip takes you somewhere with a branch?

To answer my own question (unless others have contrary experience)... I emailed the CNB client manager who had put her name out there last fall when this card was in a lot of blogs. She said that I would need to go in-branch to apply. So, guess I'll just wait until my next trip takes me near one. Hopefully when they have a sign-up bonus again

One last update for anyone else out there who may have been holding their breath on the sign-up bonus. The CNB client manager said (regarding prospects of the sign-up bonus coming back):
"The sign-up bonus offer was the only time we had such an offer. I honestly don’t see us bringing that back."
Bummer! Still worth signup up, to me, for the 4x airline credits for primary & AUs.

If I were to do an upgrade for the Delta Comfort $79, will i be reimbursed for this? I did not hit the $250 limit for the year.
