The requirements for the application process varies from bank to bank based on various online data points collected from FlyerTalk, Doctor of Credit, etc.

Some banks require that you go into a branch and apply personally. Other banks want you to have another account open for 90 days before you can get this card. Some banks (if you already have a relationship with them) let you apply via mail. Sometimes you have to be a resident of the state they operate in, while some were able to get the card without living in those states. It is very much YMMV. You will need proof of income (W2, check stubs, etc). The only states City National Bank operates in are: NY, DE (only trust office, no go), DC, GA, TN, MN, NV & CA. The bank is looking for high net worth individuals, but that's not exactly consistent either.

The card has no foreign transactions fees and is fee-free the first year, then $400 annually.

Register your card for online access (cno.cnb.com). This changed on Sept 19 2019.
Register separately for the award page (www.cnbrewards.com).
Register for Visa Infinite info and access at https://myvisainfinite.com/cnb/en_us/home.html
Click "my info" to see details on points awarded.
Best* redemption found to date is $1,000 prepaid visa for 105K pts. It's now 125K pts for a $1,000 prepaid visa. Link to catalog

I failed to add it to mint. The error is: City National Bank (cnb.com) - Credit Card Online seems to be blocking us.
Does your cnb still work on mint?

No, it does not. It was working for a few weeks after I added it.

The Priority Pass membership will be cancelled by the card issuer if you close your credit card account. The longer expiration date saves Chase the cost of sending replacement cards, but it does not mean that you are guaranteed three years access.

Thanks but that was not my question. My question if CNB sends priority passes for 3 years on renewal, like the way Chase did on renewal?

Regarding Priority Pass, do I need to register for it or anything?
I put names of the persons that I want to be on the PP membership when I signed up for the card. It's been a month now and I have not received any thing yet.

Update: just received our PP membership cards.

Few data points on airline fee credit. I received credit for all of the following fees within the last 1 month on primary card:

AA eGC - $100
Delta Award Ticket Tax - $5.60 X 2
SW Award Ticket Tax - $5.60
UA Award Ticket Tax - $47.31 X 2 (2 award tickets booked together but taxes posted as two separate transactions)

Everything posted with in a week of transaction date.

I had an odd thing happen in Feb that I've been meaning to post about. On 1/16 I used the Visa Air Discount to buy a couple United tickets from EWR-BWI. Each ticket priced out at $166.60. One of the tickets showed up on my CNB statement on 1/16 for $166.60. Strangely, the second ticket showed up on my statement with a posting date of 1/26 in the amount of $66.60 (as expected from the $100 Visa Air Discount). Then a couple days later I got a travel fee rebate for $66.60! It gave me the feeling that however United transactions are coded, anything below $75 gets rebated. Either that, or something went screwy with the coding of this particular flight (no complaints).

I'm still hoping that United's gift registry comes back online this year because otherwise I probably won't be able to maximize the travel fee rebate.

Do the airline incidental charges that are reimbursed by the travel credit on the authorized user cards count toward the minimum spend for the signup bonus?

I assume the annual fee does not count toward the minimum spend?
