Use this phone number to check your application status as well. US Bank does not send you an approval/denial email. Many data points show 8-10 business days for decision is normal. Add another 2-3 weeks after that to receive physical card.

Why is the balance due on my business card always shown as $0?
There are TWO account numbers linked to your business card: The card itself, which shows up in the same website account as any personal cards you may have. This will always show a $0 balance due.
There is a SECOND account - labeled the "Central Bill Account" - with its own account number. You must set up a separate website account with its own username and password to access the Central Bill Account. This is the account that will actually show the balance due and let you schedule a payment. Somewhere in the paperwork you received with the card or the first paper invoice, you should be able to find the Central Bill Account's number.
Setting up separate website account for business card:
These are the instructions that US Bank emailed me:
To enroll in Online Banking for your U.S. Bank Business account, start by going to usbank.com. You do not need a Personal Identification Number (PIN) in order to enroll.
Please follow these instructions to enroll in Online Banking to view or pay your account:
1. Click on the Enroll Now link on the right side of the screen.
2. Select the Business Accounts option.
3. View the Terms and Conditions and then select Enroll Now.
4. Select I do not have a U.S. Bank small business checking or savings account.
5. Select I am an authorized officer of a U.S. Bank Business Credit Card.
6. Complete Step 2 of 2.
Once you have successfully logged in, you will be able to view your business account in its entirety. When you are making a payment you will need to select the Accounts Payable account number.

I too ended up in the "unable to verify information" when trying to sign-up for online banking. After being transferred a few times, I got to a somewhat helpful internet banking specialist. She saw that it was not working and has referred my problem to operations, who unfortunately only seem to work Monday to Friday. If you call, ask to be transferred to "internet banking" as the credit card CSRs can't help with this problem. I'm hoping operations can fix this.

Already reached Gold or Concierge Elite Status? You will receive 15 qualifying nights toward obtaining or maintaining Concierge Elite status after you activate and use your new card6
I am currently gold due to status match, just got approved for the card, so I want to time this right, I want the nights to be issued for 2013. ( I hope that they would issue in 2013 since we are almost trough the year). Should I wait to activiate card and first spend in 2013?
Has anybody that is currently gold and has gotton approved for the card received the 15 nights. Best case scencario is that they are issued in 2013.

"CL was shown as $7k. Hopefully that means I will get the 85K bonus card.
No inquiries in last 6 months. Inquiries in last 12 months Equifax:3, Experian:9, Transunion: 3. Utilization 9%. My experian is frozen. Scores in therange of 707 to 728 from citi identity monitor.
CL of $7k does not mean that you will be automatically qualified for the 85k Bonus card. I have been approved with CL $7.5 and have the lesser card, the Platinum. CSR said reason is Experian is frozen so I have no Credit history . Another CSR who I called to inquire about the process said Equifax has been pulled. Go figure....we are dealing with U.S. Bank.

Applied for biz, got approved (with tiny limit). This year, had apps in Jan, Mar, Jul, Sept. Probably 7 apps in all. It says that they will call to confirm final info. 765 on credit karma, 22 accounts.

Applied for the card on Thursday evening and it showed immediate approval subject to additional underwriting. As I was copying the screen, I accidentally skipped past it and was not able to verify it was the Premier Rewards instead of just the Signature card. I'm hoping it was the Premier as the rate was on the lower end of their range and the approval amount was $12K. I called in and spoke to an agent and she was not able to tell me anything. Called the underwriting line and it said I was approved, did not talk to an agent to check and see if it was the Premier card. Will be following up on that line tomorrow.
My Experian score was in the 840's a few weeks ago and I believe that I would have only had 2 inquiries in the last 6 month (both within the last 45 days), possibly one other total in the last 12 months, though I'm not sure which bureau those were on nor have I checked with one they pulled.

Woohoo seems like good news. The auto status phone line says 'Congratulations! Your application has been approved! You will receive the card and TCs in the next 10 bus days.. blah blah!' Now the question is which card it is? The higher bonus one I applied for or the lower one
Aww Cr@p... App for DW got 7-10 response. Called auto line and got 3 business day and up to 7 required "in process" response. Talked to live underwriter and they repeated same thing. I went ahead and I started my remaining churn instead of waiting for this ship to turn. Got approval on two Citi/AA at the same time (good). Going through rest now. No good deals on Amx/Barclay. Chase apps seem to be down for some reason for me (in the office). Bad timing for churn...

Just a caution... if you get approved online, make sure you click "Accept Offer" on the next page when you get the approval. I got instantly approved for the biz card, and I read the next page too fast and thought the "Accept" or "Decline" was about the balance transfer option that's also discussed on that page (as nothing like that has ever come up on any other online application). So I accidentally hit "Decline" and the application was removed from the system. Called back to see if they could reactivate it; they said no I'd have to apply again. After applying again I got the standard "wait 7-10 days"; now even after getting approved online, I got rejected after submitting the 2nd application.

called and transferred to verification dept about biz app, told her biz is new so i don't have complete list of docs but told me apply in future than and was hung up! very rude too
called again and this time told me we already spoke to you " you have too many recent inquiries" and also told me too many apps hurts your credit and we are not approving you for this card. she was very condescending lady.
Told her is there any other problems with my credit history? she said none, Told her i know how to main my credit and CC is the only one that denied my recent app.

Same "Internet Banking is unable to verify the information for the account you have entered" error for me. Talked to the tech department. After initially swearing up and down that I must be typing something wrong, they came back and said this is a known issue and that they're putting in a ticket for me, or something. If I'm lucky I'll get a status update within 3 business days.

Hi -
Quick question about the 'bonus night' award: if I book a two night stay at a category 6 hotel (@ 50,000 points/night), does this mean that my account will only be deducted 50,000 points for the entire stay? Sorry if this seems too obvious, but I just wanted to check before I pull the trigger.
Thanks!
