First Minister of Scotland, Ms Sturgeon recommends masking:
https://news.stv.tv/politics/first-m...-near-capacity
I thought it was interesting that unlike the UKHSA (https://www.thesun.co.uk/health/2092...health-chiefs/) only recommending masks for those with cold and flu symptoms, Ms Sturgeon is advising "people should wear masks on public transport and in public indoor spaces such as hospitals, GP surgeries and other healthcare facilities." regardless of any symptoms.

Could we now just confirm that Europe is open? Except for a mask mandate for certain public transport in Greece life is 100% normal in every corner of the European continent. Should we not celebrate, that we can travel and enjoy our lives again?
Edit: Vienna still has its odd FFP2 masking requirement on public transport.
Hopefully we have learned a lesson or to before the next pandemic (that hopefully is far far away).

I read this forum/thread with great pleasure. I’m just very exited things are becoming more normal. Travel is my greatest passion in life and I’m so happy my passion again is possible, with very few restrictions.

As far as I'm aware, the only places in Europe which aren't back to normal are Cyprus, Greece and Vienna (with Vienna leaving the list on 1st March). Did I miss something or does that sound correct?

I’m going to Greece in April, and while it would be nice not having to wear a mask on the bus, it’s hardly a deal breaker for me. Outside of public transport and healthcare facilities I’m not aware of any restrictions what so ever all over Europe.
