Free intertubes in Comfort 1. It uses cellular, but it's pretty quick.

Alcohol is free as well... ;)

If you need power during the ride, carriage 1 does not have any outlets. The staff told us we were free to move to carriage 2 (where there is power) and find an empty seat.

Amadeo is just a block behind the Marriott. We could be interested, but I am not a big meat eater. But we will check it out. What time are you planning. Looks like they have two fixed menus, one with 2 glasses of wine.

Although - too much wine in the Marriott lounge last night. But will start here at the Marriott - with free drinks.

I just walked over to Amadeo. Just one half block behind the Marriott. The place is still dark at 4:30pm. Not sure what time they open - no sign - so I assume late. No menu - just a board with spare ribs 14.50e.

There are demonstrators across the street from the Marriott on the steps of the Belgium Stock Exchange. Good number of police around the area. So Hartmann - be careful!

I'll be joining the rib crowd. What time was everyone thinking? 6-6:30ish? Or did we discuss that already?

I slept with the enemy this morning -- and even decided to forgo the meal service as I was having such a good time! :eek:

BTW folks: UA's got tickets out of the west coast-SYD tickets via HNL for ~$590; not a bad deal at all if you can stomach E+. (Sample routing: LAX-HNL-SFO-SYD-SFO-HNL-LAX)

BTW: in the RCC at ORD...and here's the shocking part...the food selection here is better than the PC! Yikes!
