Arrived. Quick train ride 15 Minutes, notabob + cova +1. Only 10 minute walk to Marriott; room ready, right across from the lounge. Having breaksfast in the lounge before 9am. The LeMeridien is right across from train station.

Not cold at all. Weather is pretty nice. This is going to be a fun Weekend.

Yes, a beautiful day in Brussels. Not too cold and bright and sunny, bring sunglqsses. Notabob, cova, +1 beer and lunch at neat restaurant on the square Le Brouette. Walked the park by the Royal Palace.

Distances are much shorter than on the google maps. Looks like lots of fun places to go.

If you're in AMS Friday or for your return be sure to visit 't Arendsnest at 90 Herengracht for a nice relaxing Dutch beer. Peter is the owner, Maurits is the barman among others. They also have a nice selection of single malts and Genever. http://www.arendsnest.nl/crew.php They are located just a few blocks from the Centraal Station and Dam Square.

For the rest of you, in Brussels visit, http://www.deliriumcafe.be/Delirium Cafe, A tourist location notable for the huge beer list. You’ll pick up beers you’ve not had, but don’t look for an authentic Belgian experience. Gets hot and crowded in the evenings.

For those heading to Brugge, check out http://www.brugsbeertje.be/index_en.htm 't Brugs Beertje is a pleasant and attractive special beerhouse in the centre of Brugge. The Brugs Beertje is not just a pub, but a worthy tasting house where the real beerspirit is enjoyed by the local and foreign guests. The interior with all kinds of beer articles recalls souvenirs of former days. You can find about 300 different Belgian beers in the 't Brugs Beertje. Five of them are on draft.

Everyone have a great time.
