Not as good as the Fairfax, but not bad at all.

2 - 3 block walk to Dupont Metro.

I tried a dummy-booking at copaair.com to check the seat map in the F cabin and MEX isn't listed as a destination city for CM. The flight # is CM194 and CM265. Copa's website won't even let you check flight status on a flight into MEX.

Correction....they will let you check flight status but the autocomplete form won't accept MEX as a code.

On CM's website, a dummy booking on CM194 shows: "Operated by: Copa Airlines".

Coolio. Stumbling distance to the Brickskellar is a huge +, and worth the $10 premium (IMO). I doubt there's much else to do in D.C. during a blizzard than enjoy as much Belgian brew as possible.

I stand corrected! I guess the Seatcounter thing had me worried and CM's website issue didn't help. Thanks folks!!!

I wonder if CM will ever have a go at PTY-ORD. No one operates the route. It would seem like a natural choice, especially if CM is angling for :-: membership.

Also convenient to The Fairfax. :-:

Angling for? Has the reluctant opinion of teh Copa CEO changed? I remember reading that he was rather crankypants about following CO.

Well, considering that SkyTeam will probably take on Avianca (one of CM's primary competitors), and as LA/MX/AA have things fairly well locked-up in Latin America for OneWorld, I'm not sure what options CM really has. I don't think JJ and CM would really be competing for business... very different focus/route networks.

I've done the HGI, too. It is relatively new and reasonably nice.

Their auto-complete on the front page excludes a number of destinations. They definitely serve MEX on their own metal. Rest assured that the it is most definitely on CM metal, EUA-eligible and will earn 150% EQMs on the run.

He can be as cranky as he wants. It is a smart move for them and he really has no choice but to follow CO unless they want to completely go independent and start their own FF program. That seems WAY too expensive to consider these days.

Do we? My recollection of that evening is that we lost him. I don't remember anything after that. :p

They need some bigger planes... Flying PTY-EZE on a 73G kinda gives me the creeps. 7hrs. stuffed in that thing is major
