Final house walk through is complete. The dishwasher started leaking again, so we'll see what :rolleyes: we have to deal with to get that resolved now that everything is ready to go. We'll sign our closing paperwork on Monday and then the seller gets her paperwork sent overnight. Once it is returned, the loan funds and we get keys. So much :rolleyes: but I know it's all worth it in the end. :-:

Was suppose to do a quick trip to and fro SMF today via ONT, glad I didn't go. WN closed ONT flights till at least 1900. My return flight at 1805 hours is now showing departure at 2210 :eek:.

They mostly took the electronics and, oddly, a toaster and blender from the kitchen. All stuff that can be replaced, but still... Because they know how much toasters are going for at the local pawn shop. :rolleyes: Sorry to hear that. When my house was being built, some chumps broke in and stole my stove. :rolleyes: Trackmarks where they dragged it out are still in the floor. |
