Final house walk through is complete. The dishwasher started leaking again, so we'll see what  we have to deal with to get that resolved now that everything is ready to go. We'll sign our closing paperwork on Monday and then the seller gets her paperwork sent overnight. Once it is returned, the loan funds and we get keys. So much  but I know it's all worth it in the end. :-:

Was suppose to do a quick trip to and fro SMF today via ONT, glad I didn't go. WN closed ONT flights till at least 1900. My return flight at 1805 hours is now showing departure at 2210 .

Can they add a repair concession (take funds off sales price)?

Hello Box.

I just off the phone with the SO. He got back this evening from a work trip to Boston to find that his condo had been broken into. They mostly took the electronics and, oddly, a toaster and blender from the kitchen. All stuff that can be replaced, but still...

Because they know how much toasters are going for at the local pawn shop. Sorry to hear that.

When my house was being built, some chumps broke in and stole my stove. Trackmarks where they dragged it out are still in the floor.

Dunno. We're well past the option period and have essentially done everything but fund the loan. I suppose we'll see.

HiltonHHonors website is down (they acknowledge no one can access profiles). Dealing with UA has motivated me to work on the Trianon Palace response.
