Sounds delicious. Maybe I should take some cooking classes this year...

Just got off the phone with HH to edit reward reservation. Looks like I got in right before the problems.

Thing is, I found this leak during the inspection back during our option period. We also discovered a leak in the garbage disposal which also was improperly installed with exposed wiring. The garbage disposal was fixed and they had a tech look at the dishwasher and certify it as good so that if we did have a problem we could file a claim with the home warranty the seller bought for us. I think the tech did not let the dishwasher run a full cycle and just turned it on, saw on leak, and called it good. We'll see what happens.

I have issues with meals being all beige -- I wanted to market a "beige food cookbook" but nobody thought it would sell...

Can you add home warranty? It isn't perfect, but it helps that first year.

Put it in the contract for the seller to buy for us.

I have 2.0 open right now. :)

We're looking up in the Great Hills area because my husband (who came with two kids) has this thing about "good schools". Apparently those near my house (in the 'hood) aren't that acceptable. So living at my current house, or moving to the Mueller development (I heart Mueller) was out from the get-go.

We do like Cedar Park. Great area! But we are trying to keep the homestead a bit closer to downtown and easier access to work - which for me is the "Penitentiary" on Parmer & 35 - haha.

Can we get the milestone before I have to go to bed? Me thinks not.

Depends. When do you have to go to bed?

Mine covers anything over $50 on calls -- if you have to pay $50 or $100 to cover those issues, get the deal closed, IMHO. The air gap on the DW is always an issue, if I may hazard a guess...

I just off the phone with the SO. He got back this evening from a work trip to Boston to find that his condo had been broken into. They mostly took the electronics and, oddly, a toaster and blender from the kitchen. All stuff that can be replaced, but still...

Sorry to hear that. Don't let it get you down!!

We had butternut squash ravioli; mine with red sauce (fail, I like mascapone cheese on mine, which we did not have) and Plus1 had alfredo and perhaps some sort of meat; didn't look.

Yeah, I hear you. The schools don't get much better than the Leander school district, though. In the interests of full disclosure, I am biased because my wife works there. ;) My office is off Braker at 183 so it's not a bad commute from up here at all, 20 minutes on average. And there is the toll road to consider, I <3 it.
