Try, try again. I have a bad relationship with Thai Chicken Curry. I'm going in for try #5 this weekend - one day it will work out. :D

I have to admit - while I cook many things out of instinct or habit, that's one thing I would definitely need a recipe to attempt.

For those of you on twitter, you really should follow FakeAPStylebook.

A few of my recent favorites:

Avoid impacting colons by choosing words that are rich in fiber.

The antecedent for "she" in "that's what she said" is generally understood to be "your mom."

It hit me that good jambalaya usually sits for 24 hours. Having remembered that, I chose to keep the pot and try to have it for lunch tomorrow instead of dinner tonight.

In light of my undecided jambalaya win or fail, I broke out my backup choice: Cinnamon Toast Crunch. :-: I'm easy to please.

I'm sure that's not too far down the road. :D

But I have not seen this drawstring pant phenomenon of which you speak.. regardless it sounds :(:td:.
Eddie Bauer and LL Bean seemed to have embraced the concept.

I never eat chili the first day (and rarely eat chili the second day) ^

Was just looking at Co Jobs and noticed that the Newark Hub is currently looking for a manager. Hope this was not in reaction to the security breach a few weeks ago!

The recipe itself is not technically hard, but every single time I end up with a bland batch of blech.

I think the *hard* part is getting the curry powder mix right. And it's been store-bought up until now (noting some of the stores were overseas). I'm going to try a variant with home made curry paste, which might help add to the flavor.

If I show up on Sunday night with a big :(, well try #7.. erm *6* is probably on the books.

I am determined to get this right! :)

If CO canned the EWR manager (he who coined the term "hublet", BTW) because of the breach, that's really poor form. If he was fired for cause based on the handling of the breach, that's another story entirely.

Based on the salary grade posted for that EWR manager job, I tend to doubt the Station Manager (he who gave us the "hublet") is gone...pay tops out at $5,075/mo, which is low $60ks/yr.
