Really? I have a CR-V now and I'd say at best it's 25 and 98% of my driving is highway.

I was wondering the same thing.

Really.

2009 CR-V. Just about 5 months old, with 5,293 miles as of this morning. During a 2,000+ mile Christmas-time tour of West Texas, my best mpg was around 34.5; my worst was about 31, which occurred while I was driving through Wichita Falls and its snowed-over roads.

ETA: Actually, on further review, my worst was about 28 mpg, which occurred on that portion of the trip from Carlsbad, NM, to Amarillo, TX, where there was blowing snow, a 50+ mph north wind, a slight rise in elevation the entire way, and the bottom 1/3rd of my car had ice/snow hanging therefrom. Still, I'm not complaining.

W:eek:w, it's rated for 27. I can see getting a mile or two better, but not that much.

I think they should have two parts to SMD ll:

The US Tour, starting in IAH with CO touring the kitchen, flying to the Aircraft Bone Yard, then up to SFO for UA and their MX hanger and ending in SEA with Boeing.

Asian Tour, leaving from SEA to Asian with the Asian carriers, seeing how they do it differently. Perhaps taking a tour of how SQ select and trains their inflight staff. Then maybe picking a major airport (served by one of the :-:) for a behind the scenes look at how it's run.

HI HO it's off to work I go.

Here's to a evening with zero delayed bags since the flights are hours late and how do you explain that to someone....yes your bag is not on this flight, yes I know we had hours to make sure all the bags were loaded but failed to do so.

See if they can plea it down to obstruction of roadway, no points.

You response should be "Did you expect anything else from Newark?"

There is a Mii in Wii Baseball that looks like Kevin Smith. It is disheartening when Silent Bob makes a play against you on the ballfield, and the thought that goes thru one's mind is "I can't defeat Silent Bob."
