Perhaps....but I'm not sure if that level of societal degradation applies when it comes to Jersey politics.

A salient point that I had not considered. :-:

Morning, Box. Was supposed to go to Mom's office and work off part of my MR by assembling her company newsletter. Cough, cough...I was scheduled there tomorrow too. Today is a take care of #1 day - I'm too behind on what I need to accomplish.

My 6 year old nephew, and 2 year old niece are sad that the plans we had to make a snowman when she arrives will be one person short.
:D

Thanks.

I assume it's an all *A itin. They can't pass you off, since it's all *A they have to work with you on getting to your destination.

Generally, it's the carrier that you are starting your journey with that needs to handle it. If you do have an issue, call me and we can conference the 1k line to get it resolved.

Morning Box!

Thanks for the reply fozz.

Yes, it's all *A. IAH-FRA-DRS/PRG-FRA-IAH. Booked on United.com with UA flight numbers for the entire trip but operated by CO and LH exclusively.

CO46 (IAH-FRA) was late again yesterday and with weather at IAH predicted on the day I take the flight, it further complicates the situation. I have an hour to connect in FRA, but lately that has been cut in half with 46 going out late. The next flight FRA-DRS wouldn't get me to DRS in time to catch the train.

Scott6067 Jan 12, 2010 7:09 am

CO says ticket is under LH control!! Back on the phone with LH as CO would not conference.

The ticket is on the stock of the overwater carrier. Should be a CO ticket.

Just looked at Bar BRI course fees. $3,000, before taxes.

Scott6067 Jan 12, 2010 7:15 am

LH shows flights but not ticketed. Now back on the phone with CO. UGH!!

I noticed that the flights on Lh dropped off after I got the upgrade on the OKC-IAH flight. Hope I get this fixed quickly.

Nope. Not enough room in my one bag to cram any in. I'll be sure to make some space for my next trip down there.

Ahh, drama with LH. I see the [evil] Empire Strikes Back.

This is how the conversation will go with LH.

Scott: "Somehow you canceled my ticket."
LH: "Is Not Possible"
Scott: "Look in the record - please tell me what happened and how it can be restored"
LH: "Is Not Possible"
Scott: "Just tell me what happened or how I can rectify it"
LH: "You, the customer, purchased the ticket and therefore you purchased it incorrectly. LH makes no warranty or, effort, to help customers."
Scott: "How do you stay in business"
LH: "We've brainwashed the entire country of Germany"
Scott: "..."
LH: "If you'd like to tell me your Reisepass number, maybe I can black list you forever."

aloha box from R:rolleyes:C. Waiting on my C:rolleyes:C:rolleyes: flight.

Headin' down to MC:mad:.

At least I had Timmy H:rolleyes:'s for brekkie. :-:

Safeway's TravelMed service got back to me. Looks like their physician recommends I get Hep A&B Vaccine, Yellow Fever Vaccine (required), DPT Booster, Typhoid Vaccine (oral, at least), and a script for altitude-sickness pills.

That's going to be a lot of shots. I hate shots.

:td:

I'm not sure I'd buy the altitude sickness pills unless you are really sensitive to changes. After doing the weekend in UIO and climbing to around 13,000 feet, I wasn't winded, just a little tired.
