I meant you bought at a good time in a good way - the company was trading in the high 70's when I reported in 1999.

With their market share, there was no way they would go under. It was simply a matter of getting new management. I remember I was in a Marriott in HNL when Carly was removed and my bet paid off!

I don't have to get trades approved but I did have to do a disclosure in my old position. MO was at the top of my disclosure but we were allowed to simply list sector - there was a dollar range and then "Consumer Goods - Discretionary".

Similar for me, we have to do a quarterly disclosure statement, but we have to list every holding.

I had to disclose the name of firms where I had 5% ownership; also had to disclose how much the State of Maryland owed me at the time.

I'm too much of a scaredy-cat to take risks, and the one time I decided to pull the trigger, it backfired on me and my investment has halved in value :(

So Bob is lurking and won't say hello? How unbox like.

I didn't attend, but I heard that the Shamwow was the most popular secret santa gift at our office holiday party.

According to Consumer Reports, a regular sponge holds more liquid than the Shamwow though the Shamwow will pick up much more motor oil.

If I had to disclose now but weren't running for public office, the only thing that would show up per Tennessee law is Berkshire Hathaway. If I ran for public office I would have to declare every investment held, including retirement accounts.

Ok, I just saw a AAA commerical where they were jumping a BWM X3 or something like that. The engine that was cranking and started was a big Ford V8 by the sound of it.
