Sounds like an interesting class. I've had to do all of my operations learning on the job to this point. Fortunately, I've been able to learn from some sharp folks in our Ops organization, but at some point (ie not living out of a suitcase) I'm going to get some classes. Any good programs you know of in the Midwest?

+1, he acts the same way in all his movies as if they're all the same character . How he became an "A-Lister" is beyond me.

At the gym. One of my pieces of mail today was for a class action settlement - 1 cent per share on a stock purchase ...
Yes, I have records to get that $5 by filling out a form. |

It took a 30-minute call to OPSC last Friday to supposedly get the status AND missing miles taken care of. Status happened but miles did not. Now have been on with them for close to 50 minutes, and the cause of my missing miles is becoming more apparent: not only was the OP number never there, but apparently either La Oficina de Pandy or someone else that I am not aware of booked me under a misspelled name, voided the ticket and reissued it. Score another win for OPSC and nice phone agents. Still on hold, but resolution is so close I can taste it.

I think we’ll see a lot of  from those FTers when they realize that Hollywood films are for entertainment, not a reflection of reality. I heard on another board that Tom Cruise is being considered to play the part of Sully in a movie about US 1549. :D

Good evening, Box.
Spent most of the day in sleepy land. Had to have an endoscopy, so spent some time in drug induced snooze! then came home and slept for the rest of the afternoon!! It's pretty nice, sleeping in the day!

Data entry sucks. The only redeeming part is that it is for my lounge project and not ridiculously boring client stuff.
