Regularly. Generally speaking, arrivals with gates in northern terminals land on northern runways and vice versa for southern arrivals and runways so they can limit the amount of cross-field taxiing.

I figured as much, I am just never on that side of the airport.

I've seen ANA and JAL flights land on the northern runways, and I know VA uses them as I've picked someone up from Terminal 2 when they flew in from LHR.

Congrats! ^^

I'm at LAX In-n-Out for the first time ever. Holy crap. If I used my long lens it might actually hit the plane. I hope my wide angle is wide enough. The planes are VERY close overhead. :D

I still need to do that trip! Have fun there!!

I have seen 744s and 777s come over the IN-N-OUT mixed with the regular crowd, but that day was special, it was when the A380 was doing the tour and one was also heading to JFK. I happened to hear it over Channel 9 so I made my way over after I arrived at LAX. I had no camera because I had dropped it and broken it in Vegas the day before

OH MY. My Louisiana client has just gone even more  than before. This project is either going to result in my death from stress and frustration or one hell of a bonus from my employer for pulling off a miracle. I so did not need the phone call I just had from them.

I'm hoping for the bonus, although at times just walking away would sure be a nice option to have.

In-n-Out is fantastic food for the price, and that location is a lot of fun. I also enjoy parking at SAN in the structure at the end of 27 and getting some shots. Technically you're not supposed to take pictures up there and they only allow you to park if you're going to the airport, but it's still amazing. I have some of the shots on my flickr account.

Well it sounded like your company was subsidizing the existence of the IAH - BTR route for a while so maybe it's a good thing? ;)
