:p

My chances for some snow in Coeur d'Alene this weekend have been foiled by ma Nature. It will be just warm enough for rain.

I agree. I'd certainly take a power port and WiFi over in-flight entertainment... but I'm not yet running CO.

Yet.

COLPUCK and others are successfully on there way home or atleast to other lounges at FRA. I was going to try and crash the FRA CRC but then I recalled that I already had 5 Germany entry stamps and thought that 2 more would look really bad in a 4 day period. I had to get 2 stamps just to have a few drinks in the lounge with the rest of the party flight at FRA when we returned!

Happy Belated Birthday, scott6067!

Yep, I think I paid $160 r/t LGA-DFW-SLC-DFW-LGA and am doing it again in December. I still think Im going to fall short of Plat on AA if I dont do a creative West Coast run but the OneWorld rewards are so addicting.

Im on a Mad Dog so they only have DC (?) power and I dont have a DC power cord for my laptop. Hopefully we land a little early so I can charge her up for the next flights.

Doesn't it though? Those silly MD-88s are made a whole heck of a lot nicer if you have the Internet to keep you entertained. I know.;) Enjoy!

Yeah, you need the "plane/car charger adapter". I always have one handy myself. Careful though when you get one, some claim that it can frazzle your lap top battery, so probably best to take it out when using. Targus by the way makes a good adapter.

Woops, sorry about the consecutive posts.:p:D

What would something like that cost at DFW? (assuming I have time to find it)

20-40% more than outside the airport, so instead of $70...... :)

I just ebay'd it and they are $20-30 on there. You are probably right on @ $99 in the airport :(

I had to buy one in an emergency one time at circuit city (aka nearby store that is a ripoff) and it was $89 even there..... but around $65-72 is the 'normal' price for these, $20-30 is probably some without all the tips that someone isn't using. Those tips are easy to lose.

Morning from UA 561, MSY-DEN. Sitting next to a super anoying woman, listening to flight attendants complain about not being able to go out last night, and wondering why TSA this morning felt the need to question the fact I was flying MSY-DEN when I live in Georgia.

Great photos and videos. That must have been so cool being on the flight deck for the take-off.
