Yeah they certainly did. Here's to hoping others match from their hubs.

One of the things I stress (to colleagues and students) is simply stay within the rules that are laid out. I remind individuals that if they don't benefit from a program, they are subsidizing that program (public and private sector).

I've tried the first one with limited success and the second is not yet true, but the miles from this trip may go a long way toward that.

Given I'm in one of the larger U.S. airports that's no one's hub, I just like to see competition. International flights for me are generally , hence the ZRH trip.

I agree 110%, but it just annoys me when the airlines do not stay within their own rules, like SWISS and BA. At least many of the other airlines just chalk mistakes out to doodoo happens and move on, treating it as good public relations.

(insert activity) means that you have to quickly figure out what said (activity) is. In my case, I'm picking up a quick 15,000 SkyTeam USA miles by locking in my 2009 (really 2005 and prior) capital losses to offset gains and use the proceeds to open a brokerage account to deposit funds from my Fidelity AmEx.

PIT used to be great for me until it was de-hubbed and CO didnt feel the need to stick it to US.

I will be ever so happy if the *A gang tries to stick it to SkyTeam USA in DTW! :)

I had to call out SkyTeam USA subsidiary Comair on not following the procedures published on their public website recently.

Like many other airports, there are plenty of gates available. At BNA we still have a closed concourse (D) from when this was an AA hub despite tons of WN flights.

Are any of the Twitterati aware of a virus infection attempt or scam involving a direct message about the sender's IQ? I find it hard to believe that lucky9876coins feels the need to tell me how smart he is.

Like anything else, follow your instincts.

Yikes!

I was more referencing the hub v hub fare wars that greatly benefit us consumers.

No worries - I like having a nice, easy to navigate airport anyway. My quality of life here's worth having to spend a little more -- err, redeem -- if I want to travel internationally.
