Is it sad that I'm feeling pretty low right now over a title?

If I spent hours posting in the Buzz box, I would feel pretty low myself.

The weather will be fine. Clear skies and cool, possible cold.

It is weird being at a high school football game at my age. I've walked into the women bathroom and had to fight my way in due to all the girls working on their makeup and talking. I had forgotten about that part of high school. :D

Hi SFO Gate

Did he have to go to Physical Therapy after the collarbone surgery. I broky my collar bone in a bike accident and have a plate and 6 screws. The worst thing is that due to the immobilization I now have adhesive capsailites (frozen shoulder) He probably did not get that but I'm curious how the surgery went.

Cheers

It is odd that I am upset about this. But others have kept their status and others have not, and without input from the community.

He had zero problems with his shoulder. He's got the plate or cylinder around his bone plus 5 screws. He broke it in three places and one bone was broken in half. The first few days we used an icing machine on it for several hours at a time. That kept the swelling down. He used his sling for a few days and then started to move his arm, sort of. He was completely healed in 4 weeks, which surprised his surgeon. He does feel the plate if someone hits him in that area since his chest isn't filled out yet. He's only 15 and still slim. He has complete range of motion. That might be due to the fact that he rarely kept his arm in the sling.

Sorry to hear your shoulder is having issues. Is it because of age or the type of break that you had?

LOL Do you remember meeting me in Feb? Its AGE. Concierge Mike, NO smart aleck cracks. It was also a really bad break. The two pieces would never had come together if not for surgery.

I won't speak for anyone else here, but the whole idea of taking it away seems  to me.

The posts for PWP 1.0 counted, so the thinking would be that they would count PWP 2.0 posts. That said, it could have been announced at the beginning of this contest that these would not count towards FTE.

The thread could have been placed in OMNI to remove any question as to whether or not they would count, but then perhaps that would not have built as much community. :p

I certainly agree. I appreciate Randy' sentiment, but think because he did not make it clear (or even vague) that posts would not count toward FTE status in the "Buzz Box" thread, they should count. I know Randy will be more careful next time.

Cruisr, had that twice on my left and once on my right shoulder following surgery. It was not fun! Yoga and pilates made all the difference in getting my shoulder mobility back.
