Our music collection is ridiculous. We had a ton of CDs between the two of us, which we ripped to MP3 at the highest quality level. And then we both had a lot of music files already. The combined result is about 225 GB of music.

Tonight's steak was less than idea. Tasteless. Potatos cooked with some olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary was tasty along with the salad.

That does sound good; I may take that approach the next time I make potatoes instead of mashing them or what have you.

Without going into too much detail about how you found out, etc...

Were you told how you could re-evangalise?

Just cut them into pieces, olive oil in the pan, and season. Need to cover it a bit so that it cooks though but a nice light brown crust makes it all the better.

I understand it's a trivial title, but you have gone from FTE ==> non-FTE ==> FTE all in the same day.

Worst flu I ever had I came down with right after a trip to San Francisco a few days before Christmas in 1999. I was in bed for about 5 days with it. By in bed I mean, really in bed — I was so sick that just getting up to take a shower would wipe me out for hours. I lost about 20 pounds in a week because of it, and it was a full month before I felt back to normal. That was the sickest I've ever been, and I don't care to ever repeat it.

I believe the worst flu I had was that winter (99-00) and it turned into pneumonia. I'd had the flu shot that year, but I picked up another strain, probably from flights to/from Australia and Asia.

It's nice not listening to the drive hunting for stuff.

I think the worst I've ever had was given to me by my wife while we were still dating (before the proposal of victory). I was living in SAN at the time and already had plans to surprise my mother with my presense for Thanksgiving that year. I had not been home in two years so it was going to be very nice for her. Lo and behold, I meet my wife and decide to bring her along to meet the folks. Upon arrival at IAH, she started feeling awful and spent an inordinate amount of time over the next two days in the bathroom. This included a quick trip to SAT to check out the Riverwalk when it had the Christmas lights out. Four days in and she began to feel better, though still enduring some pretty impressive gastrointestinal issues.

After dropping her off at SAT to fly to PHX to see her family for Thanksgiving, I drove back to my parents. Later that night, it hit me in full force and I spent an inordinate amount of time over the next two days in the bathroom. Then my mother got it and wound up in the ER at one point. Then my sister got it. Then my Dad got it. Then my wife's Dad got it in PHX. She spread that crap across three states.

This is why I wash my hands after flights now. :)
