They are called hash browns, not hash whites. Is it wrong to want that crunchy top coating on my morning potato product?

No, it is not wrong. It is necessary.

G'morning, CM.

Well -- would you rather have people clean up the dirty tables around you or sit looking at dirty dishes on those tables? It's Hobson's choice, I guess. I really despise places that leave tables full of dirty dishes.

Morning, Brit. :D

I even said something to the roving manager about it. Horribly underdone hash browns, but right next to them...superbly well-done sausage. Go figure.

I'm not a politics junkie like I used to be, but I'm failing to understand something...I'm trying to follow the Greek national elections for a variety of reasons.

How is it that Socialists can get elected on a promise of liberalizing a regulated economy?? That sounds diametrically unlike what a socialist would want.

There's a phrase for this...

"It's all Greek to me" ;)

They were not made to order...hindsight being what it is, I should have had the omelet chef throw the taters on there right next to the omelet.
