I flew them earlier this year YYC-YYZ-DFW, and their new Y Seats, AVOD, and in-seat A/C Power are ^^^. It was by far the most comfortable Y seat I have sat in. Doing Y TATL sucks enough. I might as well get one of the best seats possible.

Their lounges also generally have a very good Soup/Salad Bar.

I use my Shure buds as earplugs...sometimes I won't even have them plugged into anything.



I've had rubber slickness and earwax issues. Annoying but by no means a dealbreaker.
