Leaving the US does a ton to one's viewpoint on airports. The lunacy that is our air travel system was painfully clear to me today.

wow, Hyatt has 6X points/miles, good for CO and even WN which nets 3 RR credits.

Used to do that. Although I didn't have a carpenter's union card, so it didn't usually go over too well.

I love flying through GVA, their security rocks I won't say more lest the TSA 'protect the fatherland' team sees and wants to block entry from them.

sigghhhhh, a jackpot of $2.3M was paid out at Bellagio on a slot machine. But it was a $1k slot denomination .

I think the biggest way for the world to rid its self of  would be for people to just learn to read properly. Not reading every third word and not even paying attention to those three word and making up what you feel like it says. Just plain old fashion reading.

I can't even be jealous of that because I know I'd never put up $1000 on something like that, let alone the multiple thousands/spins in plays. I was proud of myself for ponying up $20 for the slots when I needed to kill a half hour. Now the $13 margarita was worth the investment.:D

My roommates dog was sick today.

How would my life suck if the dog dies, while my roommate is out of town.

Is the dog already dealing w/some sort of illness, or is this a one time deal? Otherwise, if the dog is vomiting or having dh -- you have to worry about dehydration. Good luck w/this.

It seems to be a one-time thing, she wasn't really eating yesterday. But today she seems better after having a purge this afternoon.
