I had a row to myself on a IAH-LHR flight back in January. I think I got almost six solid hours of sleep on that flight.

Woke up, after apparently turning off BOTH alarms and going back into a deep sleep: 8:48 am

Yes, I made it, due to
Length of commute: ~9 min walking, but 3 min driving

I need to stop doing this. Actually, I'm pretty sure it was the night before last, rather than last night, that did me in. Funny how that happens. :rolleyes:

Also, thank you all for your bus suggestions, but it looks like I'll be driving to BOS this weekend so that I can pick up all manner of dorm room stuff from one sister, who is graduating next month, and store it in my house over the summer until it is needed by the other sister, who will be starting this fall as a freshman at a school about 10 miles west of me whose colors are orange and black...

Guess I'll be heading to the library today or tomorrow to find a good 8-9 hour book on tape. Suggestions?

Wouldn't they be the 77L ones? All the 77Ls arrived in the last year, so I assume they are pretty nice and new.

I'm such a bad FT'er. I completely forgot to call CO back to check on my EK seat request status yesterday and the 24 hour window closed.

Yeah they would be the 77L seats , but I don't know what they look like.
I believe ALCO is flying to 77L soon so he should have pictures when he returns.

Very nice! How long of a flight? On the LR?

I saw the LR when on the bus to my 346 last year and, like most of the T7s, it was a pretty bird.

I had 16DEF and slept well myself, even on the day flight home and being my height.
