ATL is 9$/day.

Our economy is $8, and I can almost always get the off-airport parking for cheaper (with free bottled water and USAToday!). My selection priority is off-site parking when I have time and coupon for $6, long-term (walk to terminal) for $10, followed by economy at $8.

You didn't redeem a ticket for your nanny's intended? Even after wine and TV night?

Speaking of which, I'm about to get some more wine and currently watching "Bait Cars" - I love morons getting arrested.

Too bad this isn't MLM, right? ;)

I'm teaching them in chunks so it isn't overwhelming to them. They are learning. Small world. He and I went to high school in EAR; she and I went to church here. They ended up getting married and moving in less than a block away. Fun stuff. I really enjoy having them here.

Just laminated it into a tag?

Actually, the luggage tags ended up nicer than I expected, and allowed 4 lines of text on the back. Came in one of those punch-out sheets like when you get a grocery store's discount card. For 1,000 DL/NW miles - I earned over 45,000 for $30 in one day last August - it's a nice little touch.

Like most other things in life, mine is a special case. The catch for me is that I live 90 miles from EWR. Twice the time for me is a two-bus, 3h58 trek, of which only seven minutes is a connection...and that's plenty of connection for NJT, as they do run on time, but they don't run in logical fashions, nor do they have a user-friendly website. NJT.com makes DL.com look like CO.com. I'm getting that ride for $16, and at today's local gas prices $16 would cover a little bit more than R/T gas.

So gaze into the future look at 12/21/09 for me
What will the weather be like in EWR on that day?

Looking at positioning for NRT trip(12/22, 11:20a, Depart)
I'm in a pick-a-hub city(RDU)

EWR is quite a bit cheaper v IAH $283/$414

Guess I could book the less costly one and hope CO will re-route if the brown stuff hits the round oscillating device

I'm crossing fingers that only heading out the day before is enough time...

Great line. Love that. I'll start using that just because I enjoy making people have a need to think.

I was going to say that I'll be in EWR on 12/21, but I remembered that I'm doing PHL-CLE-FLL that day.

nwa.com and delta.com officially have the most annoying booking engines on the Internet. Among other annoyances, I tell them I want a flight leaving in the afternoon and they show me options leaving before 6:00am.:mad::mad: I don't want a 35 minute connection in DTW either!

Why, oh why, can't CO have a more competitive fare on this route!?

I'm 60 miles from BNA (closest airport with commercial service), so I do understand.

Honestly, I'd rather deal with NJT. At least they (usually) give you what you asked for...

NW and DL just make me sick. I'm tempted to just jump over to UA for this trip.

The last itinerary I booked, CO was selling a flight on NW metal for 37% less than DL or NW ...

You obviously think I'm much nicer than I am ;)

PS - I've redeemed plenty of miles for these two
